Taittiriya upanishad reveal dual and non dual concepts in human body,
soul and the supreme self. The pancha kosha ie food, vital breath and
force, mind, knowledge, bliss are important conciousness. In
meditation one undergoes the experience and knowledge of these states.
The 101 nerves from heart, its shape and size and connection with
different parts of body is vital in mind application. After death,
journey begins through medium of sun ray,moon , different worlds to
