The internal and external world of Shiva Parvati.

The two sons kartikeya and Ganesha represent both the External and Internal Worlds within Shiva conciousness. Along with Parvati, Shakti and Ganaga are hidden conciousness too. Within Parvati itself all devi avatars are accessible and knowledge of male and female derive as condensed upanshads. Kartikeya conciouness could reveal the secrets of conciousness merge in male avatars. Ganesha body itself is a symbolic representation of Om in form and sound as heart and mind merged with yogic siddhis.

In the conciousness of Shiva

In Shiva conciousness one must ignore the entire idea of discremination for an easy pass through. The knowledge of food reveal here, one will ignore the concept of veg and non veg too inorder to move forward. All seeds have life too, then violence with the concept of veg'ism not justified as more seeds consumed for survival in veg'ism. In non veg'ism they kill less and share with many. Often people feel to fast due to this knowledge. To go beyond shivalinga meditation is important.

The universal family - Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma.

These are the trinity conciousness of families. The same exist in christianity too as trinity a secret. The shiva sankalpo upanishad is basic to start with, understand the image of shiva and his family. The symbols like trishul, nag, moon phase, and the form of ganesha and subrahmanaya is important. The shiva conciouness take one into Shiva linga as symbol and beyond that is formless. Shiva linga take one into the world either vishnu or brahma, the order can be different. Lotus is the vision its brahma.

The vital breath and vital force - Prana

The second important conciousness is prana. This is a combined conciousness from many upanishads starts with aranayaka, garbho, shariro etc. Vital breath with force and its division cusing from source of thought to words, all body fuction and its ability to unite with the divine. In body one should under go the experience of power and force of naga prana and kundalini. This energy need to be guided between eye brow and in the cave of heart. The breath and energy should be felt from same place.

Realise heaven on earth - Kena upanishad

The keword at the end of kena upanishad is Prathishttathi to the one who undergoes the states of experience mentioned there in. Prathishttathi means a minimum placement in heaven at all time for further progress in other higher level conciousness. Upanishad or upanishabth meaning

Many has defined the term "Upanishad" in literary and word formation sense as "brahma vidhya" ie. knowledge of supreme self. It's observation of the individual who had known the supreme self. Upa-ni-shabdh aslo means the same. Upa means nearness , closeness, alternative etc. and nishabdh means silence. There are some reference to Upanishabdh also by writers as "Nearness to silence". "Ni" also means for ragam nishadam which related to root chakra, it also correspond to vital force cause source of thought.

Do reading upanishads help?

Some upanishads state that reading them help to get rid of sins. This
need knowledge to prepare question by onself on the idea of good and
bad, right and wrong, pure and impure, violence and nonviolence etc..
by a common priniciple called neti, neti ie this isn't, this isn't.
Concepts of duallity or partiallity never work with spiritual
progress. Nutrality is what needed one to come above the level of
fear. Belief or Imanagination dont work, answers found by one can
verify with upanishads.

Guru meaning

In upanishads guru means remover of darkness. Only you can remove the
darkness in you by efforts and focus. The movement you see light
within you, your darkness is removed. It does not attribute any
individual particularly. You will never have a guru other than whats
within your heart. There are many forms and names out there who could
help you find the supreme self or guru within you. If you call any
human as guru, for one with higher level of conciousness its simply a
name and efforts of them are karma.

Madness in Mysticism, yoga and upanishads

When a person consider and practice one part of a tattva, a mystic has knowledge of the other part viz. if one practice nonviolence and fasting for a long rime, the mystic know the end result will be violance and consumption for long term. Thats the easiest way by wich they do quarrel in their mind and torture the universal mind frame by consuming the finest food through breath.
