Avadhuta Upanishad
That is called Dharana when the wise man regards the mind as Sankalpa and merging Sankalpa into Atman, contemplates upon his Atman (alone).
Being contented with duties fulfilled and achievements accomplished, he ceaselessly reflects as follows with a contented mind:
